Sweet, sticky, and just a little bit boozy, these Bourbon Peach Meatballs are the perfect Southern-inspired bite for any party spread. Whether you’re serving them for the Kentucky Derby, a backyard get-together, or holiday appetizers with a twist, these meatballs bring big flavor in a small package.

Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
1 lb ground beef or pork (or a blend)
1 egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire
Salt & pepper
For the glaze:
3/4 cup peach preserves
2 tbsp bourbon*
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of cayenne
Preparation:
Combine meatball ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Bake at 400°F for 15–18 min or until browned and cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine all glaze ingredients and simmer 5–6 min until glossy and slightly thickened.
Toss meatballs in warm glaze and serve with cocktail picks.
*Notes and suggestions:
Not a bourbon fan? You can omit the bourbon entirely, or swap it with a splash of apple cider, unsweetened apple juice, or even a touch of maple syrup and smoked paprika for a similar depth of flavor. These meatballs will still be a hit!
OMG, these look delicious. I can’t wait to try the recipe.
