Mediterranean Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bread Dip

Bursting with sun-soaked flavors, this Mediterranean Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bread Dip is my go-to summer version of a classic olive oil dip. Served with warm focaccia or crusty bread, it's the perfect start to an al fresco dinner or casual summer gathering.

Mediterranean Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bread Dip

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup basil-infused olive oil

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano

  • ½ tsp dried thyme

  • ½ tsp minced garlic

  • ¼ tsp flaky sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small dish.


  2. Let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.


  3. Serve with warm focaccia or crusty Italian bread.
