Mediterranean Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bread Dip

Bursting with sun-soaked flavors, this Mediterranean Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bread Dip is my go-to summer version of a classic olive oil dip. Served with warm focaccia or crusty bread, it's the perfect start to an al fresco dinner or casual summer gathering.

Ingredients:
¼ cup basil-infused olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)
1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp flaky sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small dish.
Let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
Serve with warm focaccia or crusty Italian bread.
