Cilantro Lime Crema

Fresh, zesty, and ultra-versatile, this cilantro-lime crema brightens up carne asada tacos, grilled chicken, or even nachos. It’s creamy without being heavy, and quick to whip up.

Ingredients:
½ cup sour cream
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves (lightly packed)
Juice of 1 lime
1 small garlic clove
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
1–2 tablespoons water, as needed to thin
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Adjust salt or lime juice to taste. Thin with water if a drizzle consistency is desired.
Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
