If you’re looking for a fun and flavorful way to use a whole salmon filet, these crispy bang bang salmon bites are it. Boldly seasoned with chile & lime seasoning and a touch of sweetness, they’re air-fried to golden perfection and made to be dunked, dipped, or drizzled with bang bang sauce.

Ingredients:
1.5–2 lb fresh salmon filet, skin removed, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Badia Chile & Lime seasoning (or more to taste)
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
1 tsp garlic powder
For the bang bang sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2-4 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce (adjust to taste)
1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
Juice of ½ lime
Preparation:
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut into evenly sized bite-sized cubes. Place the pieces in a large bowl.
Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and add the Chile & Lime seasoning, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Toss until the salmon is well-coated. Don’t be shy with the seasoning, you want each piece to be boldly flavored.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the basket, working in batches if necessary. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, turning the salmon bites halfway through, until they are lightly crisped on the outside and cooked through.
While the salmon is cooking, combine the bang bang sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth and combined.
Serve the salmon bites warm with bang bang sauce for dipping or drizzling. Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime, sesame seeds, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
